That same year, Julián founded what we know today as ADAL (ADministración y ALquileres), being also one of the founders and honorary member of the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Alicante.

Marinieves Hermoso de Mendoza, who started in the family business in 1995, was responsible for this area for many years. 

At present, it is David Ramis Pérez (member number 1861) and Marina González Hermoso de Mendoza (member number 1860) who continue at the head of ADAL, maintaining the family legacy and offering a personalized and quality service to all the homeowners’ associations that trust in us.
