It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds with their respective built-in closets. It has a toilet and a separate bathroom with shower. It also has air conditioning, ironing board, iron, hairdryer.<br \/>\nThe urbanization has direct access to the beach through the communal garden. Outdoor swimming pool located in Denia. The establishment provides free unnumbered private parking and is very close to the main beaches of Denia, such as Les Bovetes, Les Marines and Els Molins.
